Bright Future College has in these twenty years of its existence witnessed a steady growth in student population, manpower, and infrastructural developments. The staff strength has increased to eighty-one. This is made up of thirty-five teaching and forty-six support staff. The teaching staff are qualified in their respective fields. They are retrained at regular intervals for effective service delivery. The current student population stands at two hundred and ninety-five.

There is an effective counseling service to address the academic, emotional, and personality traits of students that require adjustments and advice. The school has been accredited as a Cambridge International School for Cambridge International Examination.
